Privacy

This championship collects only what is needed to register a student, form a team, and run matches.

We ask for a student's name, gender, class or intermediate year, school, sports, and a parent or guardian's name and phone. A student phone number is optional. Marketing contact is a separate choice and is never assumed.

Public fixture pages show team names, schools, and scores. They do not show phone numbers, email addresses, or parent details.

Captains can see a teammate's name, class, and sport. They cannot see phone numbers.

To ask for deletion, use the data deletion page. HITAM reviews those requests.
